Olivia Jones

Olivia Jones is a legal assistant at Allen | Mills | Lind | Simpson, located at their Norman office. As the main assistant to partner, Cindy Allen, Olivia helps manage complex schedules, discovery and trial preparation, and complicated caseloads while prioritizing deadlines. Working as a legal assistant for over five years, Olivia offers an understanding of common family law procedures, reassuring their clients of any anxieties that may come from the litigation process. Her primary goal is to connect with clients through effective, transparent communication and productive performance.

Olivia grew up in Skiatook, a small city just north of Tulsa, Oklahoma and now lives in Oklahoma City. Olivia graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2021, earning a bachelor’s degree in criminology and psychology. In college, Olivia was an active member of the American Indian Association, as well as served in various director positions in her sorority, Alpha Gamma Delta. These experiences helped foster her leadership qualities and time management.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys cheering on Thunder basketball, participating in pickleball, and watching crime documentaries.
